P. Callghan and his team carried out a large extension for us, in budget and on time. He worked closely with the council, the architech and had good control over which trade was required and when. He was very easy to talk to throughout the build, offering advice and he was adaptable when we wanted to make changes. We would recommend his service anytime.

P. Callaghan was recommended to us when we were looking for a builder to extend our 1930's kitchen. From start to finish he worked hard to ensure that the extension met all our requirements and paid close attention to detail, making sure that all the fittings and specifications were exactly as we wanted. P. Callaghan has the rare ability of being able to carry out the practical work while project managing overall which meant that all aspects of the build were co-ordinated smoothly. The quality and finish of the build are excellent and the kitchen is admired by everyone who see's it. The site was left clean and tidy at the end of each day which made the process less stressful. P. Callaghan builders constructed a small ground floor brick extension to provide a WC and wash hand basin. At the same time we had the existing bath on the first floor replaced with a new shower installation. At all times the place was kept clean and tidy and all the works were completed in a satisfactory manner A most commendable point was the positive attitude of Mr. Callaghan to any changes or any additional works that we required. This was the second time I had used P. Callaghan Builders. The first for a through lounge into my kitchen the work was amazing! When I purchased a 3 bed semi in Bushey that had had no work done to it in  50 years I knew exactly who to contact. . I decided I was going to carry out an entire interior and exterior renovation plus an extension. P. Callaghan was once again outstanding. I had 100 percent trust in everything he advised. He kept me up to date with the entire progress on a weekly basis, tidied up everyday throughout the 12 week project. He is polite, courteous, reliable and most of all honest.
